SA new release candidate is out for the SL-Viewer. The UI has been reworked and you will see fresh new colors for all the buttons and menus.

A new feature is, that you can now turn on the Flycam-Joystick Mode using a keyboard shortcut “Alt-Shift-F”, so it’s more convenient for people who do machinima using a 3D mouse. They have move the Flycam setup into the preferences under “Input & Camera” and you can now choose a button “SpaceNavigator Defaults” which will set up your viewer to the most popular 3D pointing device.

There is also a bug (I think it’s a bug): There is no Tools menu visible by default. If you want to choose an option from the Tools menu, you have to turn on edit mode first. Normally you do this by clicking the “Build” button at the bottom line, you can also use one of the shortcuts “CTRL-1″ to “CTRL-5″ to raise the edit menu and make the Tools menu visible.
